Excellent.

Spacious rooms although a bit old. Otherwise , its value for money. There is GS25 on the lower ground. Busan station about 15 min walk.

Staff need to smile more. No shuttle to train station.

Overall pleasant stay, just wish it’s nearer to the Busan station.

It’s spacious and comfortable. Big enough space for having two huge luggages open wide on the floor and also big enough space in the bathroom basin to put both my stuff and my friend’s. Convenient to hire a cab as the cab stand is just right outside the hotel.

Too far away from the Busan station. It takes 20 min walk.

A nice weekend stay

The room was cleaned everyday with new towels given. It is quite close to the subway. I didn't use any of the facilities there but it had several restaurants and a gym. The room was spacious. A/C worked well.

The room needs a freshen up or an upgrade in the future. It looks a little tired. There are no sockets near the bedside tables so you have to charge your phone across the room at the desk which is a minor inconvenience. I think the space in the room could be utilised more efficiently and offer more convenience for customers. The light switch for the main room is located next to the bed which is awkward when you arrive late and have to walk past the bed to turn the light on when it's dark

Great location and handy to shops restaurants and cafes. Good sized room and good breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Centrally located this is a good hotel in Busan and highly recommencded

It was nice but not really 4 star. More like 3. The chicken place was good and the beds were comfy.

The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The opening windows were nice for ventilation and the Air conditioning worked well. The water was nice and hot for showering. The chicken place was amazing and the convenience store was awesome too.

There weren't enough pillows. The Wi-Fi was weak and would drop off. There needs to be more access points for Wi-Fi on each floor to improve the connectivity. There was a lot of random damage on the walls and baseboards like the rooms have not been overhauled in a long time.

We would choose it again

The hotel is close to metro stations and within walking distance of Gukje Market and Jagalchi Fish Market. We booked an Executive Twin Room with Harbor View, which was spacious and very comfortable, with two chairs and a table at the window. It was very quiet, no noise from the street, nor from the hall, nor from other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes, and at a very reasonable price. We also appreciated the free parking in their underground car park.

A second luggage rack would be nice, especially because there is ample space for one in front of the TV.

Staff were not able to help us order a Jumbo taxi, and they didn't tell us it needs to be pre-booked the day before when we checked in

Easy location to go to the Busan port, very convenient, average comfort stay at hotel

Mini bar usage

The shower was not properly fixed, but it was manageable. Coffee kept in the room is very average, sugar was not available, for international guests tooth brush and paste is needed

Good hotel in convenient location

Comfortable rooms in a good location. I liked that there was a convenience store and cafe in the building. Nice lobby and quick elevators. The staff was efficient and multi-lingual (I heard them speaking both English and Japanese very well), and they even let us check in early since our room was ready. The room was a good size and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

It could have been a little cleaner (some dust here and there, and a hair on the sheets) but overall it was fine. The walls/baseboards looked like they needed to be updated though. They were scuffed and peeling in places. As for soundproofing, it was quiet when we stayed, but we could hear our next-door neighbor sneeze, so maybe if you stayed next to a group that talked a lot or played music, it could get noisy.

Pleasant Stay, spacious rooms, friendsy staff and ideal location

A very nice stay, very close to the trainstation and in a good position to reach everything you want to see in Busan. The room was spacious, i had a very pleasent view over the city with my large window. There is a small neighborhood behind the hotel, where you can find small, affordable but nice restaurants. The fitness room was spacious and nicely equipped. The staff was very friendly and I was even allow to check-in about 2 hours before regular check-in time.

Room, location and service was nice. The indoor dining option (bbq and beer) seemed very pricey and not a valid choice for single travellers due to the huge portions. The bar is actually closed.
